Theresa Afile has progressive experience in Portfolio Management, Asset Allocation Development, Customer Service, and Pension Fund Administration. During her professional life, she has also gained valuable experience in Corporate Secretarial Practice, Administration, and Human Resource Management. Theresa has worked in the Pensions industry for the past nine (9) years, and prior to her appointment as the MD of SPTL, she was the Head of Operations of the company. Theresa holds a BSc. in Agriculture (Agricultural Economics) from the University of Ghana and an MSc. in Social Protection Financing from the University of Mauritius. She also has a certificate in Pensions Management from the African University College of Communications (AUCC) Pensions Academy. She is an ordained minister of the gospel.
