Ms. Hannah Ashiokai Akrong is a global transformational HR Business leader with knowledge and expertise working with multinational organizations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Africa. She has over 22 years of experience working with CEOs and leadership teams in various multinational organizations, leading global teams to execute the people's agenda. She is currently the HR Director for Vodafone Ghana, responsible for the people strategy. Ms. Ashiokai Akrong has been recognized both locally and internationally for her contributions to the HR field, for building successful teams, and for positioning Vodafone Ghana as an employer of choice. She has led Vodafone towards Top Employer certification in Ghana and Africa in the last four years. Ms. Ashiokai Akrong has been featured in several local and international print and digital media for her role as a leading HR expert in Ghana. She was recently recognized as the HR Practitioner of the Year. She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Ghana, Legon, and an MA. In Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
